About this soap:

This is a fresh and earthy soap. The Lemongrass essential oil gives it a lightness, and it is rounded out by the Sage, Bergamot and Cedarwood Essential Oils. This soap is made with Turmeric, Lemon Fruit and Green Tea, and infused with natural color using Alkanet Root. This soap has a thin gold mica line and is topped with gold mica swirls and dried botanicals including wild harvested sage from Utah. Cocoa Butter provides creamy nourishment and a lovely lather.

All my soaps are made with skin loving, luxurious plant based oils, mineral rich clays and provide a rich creamy lather that your skin will love. The cold-process soap method naturally produces glycerin, which allows skin to absorb moisture more readily.

All of the soap that I make is moisture rich, due to "superfatting" which essentially means that each batch is made with an additional helping of nourishing plant butters and oils. By adding these additional fats into the soap making process, my soaps maintain more nutritive properties throughout the soap-making process. This means your skin will receive an extra dose of moisture while cleansing, keeping your skin soft and supple.

Always keep your soap in a place free of pooling water and on a well-draining soap dish to get the longest life from your soap. If it is allowed to sit in water, it will begin to soften and melt away before your full enjoyment.

Everything in my shop is made by hand by me, in Tucson, AZ. I make everything in small batches so no two will ever be the same. Please understand that this will case unique variations in each soap batch to batch-but that is part of the fun of handmade goods!

I use Cold Process soap making methods and each batch is left to cure a minimum of 4-6 weeks before sale, so that the soap has had enough time to become a harder, longer lasting bar. I pick each set of ingredients specifically for each batch of soap, nothing is pre-made, and no preservatives or detergents are used. I hand mix and blend all the ingredients myself. I frequently re-use shipping products I receive in efforts to support recycling and reduce waste in our land fills. My goal is to be 100% plastic free.
