8 oz bath salt pouch are good for approx 4, but it really depends on how much you like in your bath.

14 oz bath salt jar - again, depending on preference of strength of salt or scent in your bath can be good for about 4-6 baths.

This beautiful floral blend is made with the 100% pure, undiluted essential oils and extracts of Coriander Seed, Geranium, Sweet Orange, and Jasmine Absolute. It is a lushly layered and smooth floral scent that continues to unfold as it reaches the senses.

Soothe is perfect when feeling achy or run down.

A blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, juniper, lavender and fir- so refreshing and soothing- perfect after a run or during a cold.

Instructions:
Enjoy desired amount in warm bath water. For maximum benefits, soak for at least 20 minutes.

Place desired amount either in cotton bag and add to water once the tub is filled, or add to the tub loose. Adding the blend once tub is filled or near filled, allows greater time to enjoy the scents of the oils.

These salts can also be used to make a foot soak, or placed in the shower to create a aroma filled steam shower.

I am happy to work with you on shower gifts as well, these make beautiful bridal shower gifts.

Do not use if you have known sensitivity to any of the listed ingredients.

Be mindful that bath salts can leave your tub slick so you need to be careful when exiting the tub. I will include a cotton bag so you can safely tuck your salts inside while minimizing Botanicals to reduce your clean up time. Or you can simply scoop them into your bath and enjoy the floating roses on the top. You’ll just need to spend a little extra time cleaning them up from your tub after. This produces a really wonderful and relaxing bath experience. It helps sore aching and tired muscles, and helps relax you before bed.


**NOTE** As with all bath and body products, use caution with sensitive skin if you don’t know how you’ll react with particular ingredients. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Always wash out your tub after use and be careful while getting in and out of your tub as certain oils may cause slick surfaces.
